孙铭徽入选了本次世预赛第五窗口期中国男篮17人集训名单，但在CBA常规赛第一阶段首场和末场的比赛中他的肩膀均受到不同程度拉伤，无法参加正常训练与比赛，因此返回杭州接受了PRP治疗，错过了本次世预赛第五窗口期的比赛。

但孙铭徽仍心系国家队，为队友加油：“这次世界杯预选赛我无法与兄弟们一起并肩作战，但我的心一直和兄弟们在一起，和所有支持中国男篮的球迷们在一起，中国男篮加油！”

在接受PRP治疗的同时，孙铭徽也表示为备战接下来的联赛、明年的世界杯和亚运会，暂时不考虑手术治疗。
